Opportunity Fund

Right now is a historic time in real estate history. One in four mortgages are either behind on payments or have debt in excess of the value of the real estate. Defaulted mortgages that are no longer generating monthly payments are drying up bank’s abilities to lend. The properties these banks are owning, are sitting on bank’s balance sheets not generating any income. The banks have incentives to sell these foreclosed properties as quickly as possible so the money generated from the sale can be lent back out on interest paying loans. This has meant that banks are willing to sell these real estate properties for fractions of their possible value in order to reinvest the proceeds in better investments.
